Parent & Child Classes

These classes offer parents and their children ages 6 weeks to 4 years to explore the world of exercise and fitness together! Classes are tailored to your child's developmental and physical level. Our coaches lead group warm-ups and stretching activities followed by simple exercises that help your child develop their small and large motor skills. Classes are capped at 8, so enroll today to secure your spot!
